A Community Forum on Renewable Energy

PRESENTING: A community forum on how we can develop a public electric utility powered by renewable energy
Saturday, November 10th, 2018, 1:00 – 5:00 PM, Unitarian Universalist Congregation,
2315 Division Street N.W., Olympia, WA.
The four speakers at our forum will be:
Randal Samstag, an environmental engineer and designer of utilities;
Jim Lazar, an economist, author of handbooks and articles on electric utilities;
Stephen Johnson, Executive Director of the Washington Public Utility Association for more than 20 years;
Larry Dunbar, Director of the Ellensburg municipal electric utility for decades and now the manager of the Jefferson County Public Utility District.
Helen Wheatley has consented to be our Master of Ceremonies, and we are honored to have Holly Gwinn
Graham as our singer.
