Interfaith Summer Day Camp
The Interfaith Summer Day Camp, held every year for a week in August, brings kids of different cultures together to play, explore, share, interact, and learn.
Children of any faith who are going into the 2nd through 5th grades join others for a week long interfaith day camp at Temple Beth Hatfiloh. Children learn in fun ways about the traditions of their friends and community members.
Quotes from parents:
“Thank you so VERY much for the wonderful camp you led. My daughter had a fantastic time and is already talking about wanting to go next year. I appreciate the hard work, care, and thought you put into this experience for my kid. Thank you again.”
“My kids had a great time. Said it was the best camp ever! Thanks again for facilitating this great experience!”
“My daughter had a wonderful time again this year. Thank you for providing this program.”
“My grandson is still talking about camp a week later, by the way (which is something for a 7-year-old)! We BOTH had fun!”
“It was a great experience for my grandson and I’m glad he was able to attend. Thanks to Interfaith Works for having this day camp.”
There is no cost for the camp, although donations are always welcome.
Thanks to Catherine Carmel of Temple Beth Hatfiloh for her professional leadership in organizing the camp again in 2017, our seventh annual summer camp.
